I Love This Store!!! Always Neat And Clean Even The Bathroom. Workers Are Usually Nice And Friendly, They Just Need To Acknowledge You When You Come In The Area That They Are Working. Checkout Time Is Always The Problem!!! Everytime I Go There's ONLY ONE OR TWO Registers Open With About 5-10 People In Each Line. That's The Only Reason I Don't Give Them 5 STARS.

The store was running a in store promotion, spend $50 and get $10.00 off at the register. I had planned to spend about $30.00 but convinced my husband to buy his salad ingredients at Target as we would save and we would get ice cream for free. I was excited about the promotion and so was he as we live on Social Security and literally watch pennies. We get to the register to discover all kinds of limitations on the promotion. We spent more than we wanted to and I had a very angry husband. Will not step foot in this scam of a store again

This location could be so much better. It's always a mess and rarely has the products I look for. The only way I can get what I need is by ordering online and pick up curbside. If you ask the employees inside about a product/item, they never have it. I love Target but I avoid this one as much as possible.

This location has THE WORST order pickup and customer service. They never ever answer ANY of their phone lines. They always leave items out of my pick up order. They are very nonchalant about the issues and their level of customer care. I sorely wish there was another Super Target location near me because this one has caused more headaches than imaginable. If I could get the items elsewhere I would, but unfortunately they are store brand or unavailable elsewhere near me. If you can avoid going here, I would!

I usually use the drive up service here. I’ve had a girl named Amanda help me twice now. Both time she was rude, cold, and never responded to my “thank you”s. She made a mistake once and brought me two wrong bags. I politely corrected her, and she sighed and walked away, then brought me the correct bags. I said thank you and apologized for annoying her, and she walked away without saying a word. I do not like complaining about anybody, but I do think she needs a reminder to be more polite and engaging. I love this particular Target as it is always stocked, clean, and priced wonderfully.

I ordered a halloween costume for my daughter and went to pick it up. The costume was missing parts and came with light up features that did not work. When I asked the pick up worker, they only offered my money back. Which I didn't want my daughter is looking forward to dressing as Elsa for Halloween. Another worker advised to check and see if we had another to exchange. After viewing all the costumes none had a working light up feature I ended up having to buy replacement batteries at a different store because apparently they dont carry them. And the worker told me well people probably run out the batteries, but that is not my fault. Also because I used my target circle rewards I had to pay extra because instead on an exchange they had to return, refund and repurchase. This is all around a horrible experience. Never will I shop at target again!

The customer service here has been terrible. Me and my dad had purchased a camera here in exchange for another camera we purchased that was suggested to us that was terribly bad as far as image quality. When we went to return the camera the customer service team had us waiting for at least 30 mins with a young gentleman who then told us to go to guest services. After making the exchange I get home to find that the camera is showing an error message, very unfortunate since we already had a hassle making the exchange. Attempted to contact guest relations through phone as well as the tech department, the phone continues to ring. The list goes as followed: -Employees are unknowledgeable of their products -Product defects -Poor customer service

I was here a little while ago for a curbside pickup. However, the item was defective and I had to go in. The lady working the customer service area with the red hair was extremely helpful. She handled the situation like a pro and made sure I walked away happy. Her assistance was much appreciated! I wish I had gotten her name to give a proper shoutout.
